Pao de Queijo is a delicious Brazilian treat.

Ingredients List:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Butter
- 2 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Cups of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Cups of Milk
- 4 Cups of Tapioca Flour
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix the milk, salt, and butter into a saucepan and bring to a boil while constantly stirring the mixture.
Once the mixture comes to a boil remove the mixture and slowly add the tapioca flour and continue to stir.
Add your parmesan cheese and eggs to the mixture and mix until you have a smooth consistency. Fill each muffin pan to the top of each cup.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
