Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican drink enjoyed during Christmas and New Year's Eve.
It is essentially Puerto Rican eggnog. But what gives it a Caribbean vibe are the two most important ingredients; the coconut milk and rum.

Ingredients List:
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Cup White Rum, Optional
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 12 oz Evaporated Milk
- 14 oz Coconut Milk
- 15 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1/3 Cup Shredded Coconut, Optional
- Ground Nutmeg
- Cinnamon Sticks
Preparation:
Combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and rum, if using. Blend on high until mixture is well combined.
Pour coconut mixture into a glass bottle and cover. Transfer to refrigerator.
Shake to mix well right before serving. Pour coquito into a small glass and sprinkle the top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Garnish with shredded coconut and a cinnamon stick.
